Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 3 days before the rental period are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: If you cancel between 48-72 hours before your booking, Then only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the rental period will not be eligible for any refund.

Early Returns: No refunds will be provided for early returns once the rental period has started.

  1. Eligibility:
    • The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Indian driving license.
    • International customers must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their passport.
  2. Vehicle Usage:
    • The car must be used solely for personal travel purposes only.
    • It is prohibited to use the vehicle for illegal activities, towing, or racing.
    • The renter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
  3. Security Deposit:
    • A refundable security deposit (20,000 INR) will be collected at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
    • Any damages or violations (such as traffic fines) during the rental period will be deducted from the deposit.
  4. Mileage Limit:
    • Rentals come with a specified mileage limit. Exceeding this limit will incur additional charges based on the extra kilometers driven.
  5. Insurance:
    • All our vehicles are insured, but in the event of an accident or damage, the renter is liable to pay for any excess charges that exceed the insurance coverage.
    • The renter must notify us immediately in case of an accident or damage to the vehicle.
  6. Late Returns:
    • Late returns will be charged based on the hourly rate, and failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional penalties.
  7. Driver’s Responsibility:
    • The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and toll fees incurred during the rental period.
    • Any misuse or negligence leading to damage will be borne by the renter.
  8. Breakdown and Assistance:
    • In case of a breakdown, contact our 24/7 helpline for assistance. We will either repair the vehicle or provide a replacement, subject to availability.
  9. Termination of Agreement:
    • We (Warangal Cars) reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if there is any violation of these terms, misuse of the vehicle, or illegal activities.
