We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy on cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations:

• For Rentals: Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the pick-up time will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
• If you paid via online payment methods, any transaction charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
